Prague, 30 January 2017 – ATALIAN, a major provider of global services to companies, has become the new owner of AB Facility in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The agreement with the existing owner of AB Facility, Penta Investments, was signed on 30 January 2017, making ATALIAN the largest facility management company in both countries.

AB Facility was founded in 1999 and is a market leader in facility management services in the Czech Republic and number two in the Slovakian market. Since 2011 its majority shareholder was investment group Penta Investments. In 2016 the company achieved revenues in the Czech Republic and Slovakia of EUR 73 million, and employed 4500 people. AB Facility has 2100 clients and manages over 6650 buildings.
