ATALIAN is looking for a new employee for the position of Facility Manager.


Job description:

- maintaining and developing consigned documentation and agendas,
- processing documentation for contracts
- assistance in the organization and implementation of investments, repairs and maintenance,
- physical presence and control over suppliers,
- ensuring dedicated technical inspections and their subsequent processing,
- preparing orders and supporting documents for billing,
- processing work statements (work/assembly sheets),
- using CAFM and Helpdesk SW and ensuring regular reporting.

We require:

- University/secondary education with a technical bent (preferably construction focus on technical facilities of a building),
- knowledge in the area of technical facility management, technical facility management systems, construction-technological processes and inspections,
- very good knowledge of MS Office with emphasis on MS Excel a condition,
- experience in a similar position an advantage
- flexible hours (24 -hour service) - willingness to be on alert outside of working hours,
- independence, reliability, creativity,
- high work commitment, ability to work under pressure,
- good communications, pleasant demeanor, organizational skills and a sense of order,
- a proactive approach,
- driving license group B.
