ATALIAN a service provider in the field of FM (the technical management of buildings, cleaning waste and sewerage, security guards, cleaning, reception, ...) is looking for a new colleague for its team in the position Retail Back Office Prague.
- processing documentation for billing,
- issuing invoices in the Karat accounting system,
- completing and checking invoices,
- record-keeping and control of tax documents, billing retainers and tax documents,
- compiling tables for invoicing, billing report.
- practice in a similar position for 1 year in accounting a condition,
- - very good knowledge of MS Office with emphasis on MS Excel,
- great dedication to work,
- communications skills, pleasant demeanor.
