ATALIAN a service provider in the field of FM (the technical management of buildings, cleaning waste and sewerage, security guards, cleaning, reception, ...) is looking for a new colleague for its team in the position Retail Back Office Prague.

Description:

  • processing documentation for billing,
  • issuing invoices in the Karat accounting system,
  • completing and checking invoices, 
  • record-keeping and control of tax documents, billing retainers and tax documents,
  • compiling tables for invoicing, billing report.

We require:

  • practice in a similar position for 1 year in accounting a condition,
  • - very good knowledge of MS Office with emphasis on MS Excel, 
  • great dedication to work, 
  • communications skills, pleasant demeanor.
