BOOKpro - a program for on-line reporting, which can be edited and configured according to each service’s needs, requirements, and expectations. It is a tool for processing the information needs to be collected and sorted during the service. The program is set up in direct co-operation with you so that it is fully adapted to your needs.

The assurance of a high-quality replacement

A synonym for high-quality service is continuity. In the case of unavailability or vacation we can offer you an immediate replacement. The back-up receptionist has undergone the same training that was required for the receptionist on the given contract so that the quality of the services provided is not reduced in any way.
